Would you like to understand your horse better?
Would you like to have the confidence and skills to improve performance, solve problems and maintain good health
in your horse?
Would you like to help others?
If the answer to any
of these is yes, then read on.....
Horses are very expressive in their actions and reactions to the world
around them, often mirroring what they sense.
Learning to gain the trust of a horse will teach you to be in the
present, to be calm, attentive, and aware of your body language.
Horse Listening helps you to
develop an understanding of horse language, to make clear and confident decisions, to instil confidence in others, to
understand how touch and thought processes affect horses, and provides essential knowledge of nature's remedies for
health and well being.
Once you have gained these skills, you can easily improve performance, solve behavioural
problems, improve and maintain health, and receive unconditional love from the horses you work with.
Horse Listening combines natural communication
methods with body aware training systems and Kinesiology.
(Kinesiology is an alternative therapy which looks at how the body is affected by emotional, physical and environmental
factors, both within us and around us, with the aim of enhancing the positive aspects to benefit health and well-being).
We run a variety of courses and workshops, from one day introductory
workshops to the full professional Diploma course; all emphasising awareness of body language for communication.
Our courses suit individuals from a variety of backgrounds; from the novice horse-person to equine professionals.
We also offer tailor made workshops for the corporate sector and for those wishing to enhance their well-being.
Who-ever
you are, our courses will give you self awareness and communication skills which will enhance all aspects of your life.
So enjoy with us this amazing experience with these graceful animals.
Our horses are specially chosen for the workshops. We are fully insured and will provide you with riding
hats for the horse handling section if you do not have your own. You just need to bring sturdy outdoor footwear and
outdoor clothing.
