These workshops are designed to give you an insight into the real you; how you act, react and interact with colleagues and business associates.

You will learn how body language and self talk can affect your working relationship with colleagues and business associates, for the worst and for the best. You will be taught simple ways to lower your stress levels and improve your working performance.

Through learning to become sensitive to the horse's body language and emotions you will learn lot about yourself and how you can improve your listening and communication skills.  This course aims to enhance your abilities to generate the best out of yourself and others within the workplace.

Testimonial:
'The workshops are a great way to observe human behaviour and to see how people often unknowingly mimic the behaviour of those around them, and to realise how important environmental factors are in our behaviour'. Sue, Civil Servant
